These policies are designed to keep every Lyric Haus project clear, fair, and professionally managed from booking through final delivery. By submitting payment or approving a project, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. Agreement

By submitting payment, booking a project, or approving a concept, the client agrees to the applicable policies listed on this page. These terms apply to services provided by Lyric Haus Studios, a division of Lyric Haus Media Group LLC.

2. Payment Terms

Payment requirements vary by project and service type. Some projects may require full payment upfront, while others may require a deposit before creative work begins.

1. No work begins until the required payment or deposit has been received.

2. Any remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.

3. Approved payment methods may vary and will be provided at checkout or invoicing.

4. Split payments or payment plans must be approved before the project begins.

5. Late or missing payments may pause the project until the account is brought current.

3. Turnaround Time & Expectations

Turnaround times vary by project type, package, and current production schedule. Estimated delivery timing will be provided before or at the start of the project.

• Turnaround begins after the required payment is received and all project details are confirmed.

• Client delays, missing information, or slow approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

• Estimated delivery dates are targets and may shift if the scope of the project changes.

• Lyric Haus will communicate any significant production delay as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Revision Policy

Revisions are intended for reasonable refinements to the approved creative direction.

Minor revisions may include:

• Tone or emphasis adjustments

• Timing changes

• Small wording edits

• Minor mix notes

• Small arrangement adjustments

Major changes are not included as standard revisions and may require an additional fee or a new project agreement. Examples include:

• New verses or hooks

• Major lyric rewrites

• Beat or genre changes

• A completely different concept

• Re-recording substantial portions of the project

• Rewriting more than 20% of the lyrics

Included revision limits are based on the package purchased. Unused revisions do not transfer to future projects.

5. Creative Control

Lyric Haus Studios maintains professional creative direction throughout the production process to protect quality, consistency, and the integrity of the final work.

Creative decisions may include:

• Vocal production and performance direction

• Arrangement and structure

• Mixing and mastering choices

• Artistic decisions necessary to maintain quality and brand standards

Client input is welcome and encouraged throughout the process. However, Lyric Haus Studios reserves the right to decline requests that would compromise professional quality, conflict with the approved concept, or fall outside the agreed project scope.

Lyric Haus Studios will not knowingly create content that infringes copyright, promotes unlawful activity, or violates applicable safety standards.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

Lyric Haus Studios retains all rights it owns or controls in the underlying creative work, production materials, and intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted or transferred to the client in writing.

Personal Use

Personal-use projects may be used for:

• Sharing with family and friends

• Personal social media posts

• Private events

• Non-monetized personal content

Commercial Use

Commercial use includes:

• Monetized videos or social content

• Streaming platform distribution

• Business or promotional use

• Advertising

• Public distribution

• Uploading to DSPs or other commercial platforms

Commercial use may require:

• Additional licensing

• Publishing and crediting requirements

• Additional fees depending on the intended use

Clients may not claim full ownership, exclusive publishing rights, master rights, copyright interests, or unrestricted commercial rights unless those rights are specifically granted in writing.

Any approved commercial, licensing, ownership, publishing, master, or copyright interests that Lyric Haus owns or controls will be outlined in the applicable package, invoice, license, or written agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

To keep projects moving smoothly, clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and timely information throughout the creative process.

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete project details and requested information upfront

• Respond to questions and approvals within a reasonable timeframe

• Review drafts carefully before approving them

• Submit revision requests within the allowed revision period

• Provide accurate names, dates, pronunciations, brand details, and other project-specific information

• Respect the agreed project scope, production process, and communication guidelines

Client delays, incomplete information, or late approvals may extend the project timeline.

Lyric Haus is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

8.Refund Policy

Because Lyric Haus projects involve customized creative work, payments become non-refundable once creative work has begun.

• If a client cancels before creative work begins, any refund eligibility will depend on the payment method, administrative costs, and work already completed.

• Once writing, production, recording, design, editing, or other creative services have started, payments are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Add-on services, rush fees, and completed work are non-refundable.

• If Lyric Haus is unable to complete a project, the client will be contacted regarding the appropriate resolution.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after services have been delivered or creative work has begun may result in suspension of current and future services while the matter is reviewed.

9. Final Delivery

Final files are delivered after the project is completed, approved, and any remaining balance has been paid.

Final delivery may include:

• MP3 and/or WAV files, depending on the package purchased

• Lyric sheets or other included digital materials

• Approved add-ons purchased with the project

• Any additional files specifically listed in the package or written agreement

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their final files after delivery.

Lyric Haus may keep project files for a limited period, but long-term storage or future replacement of delivered files is not guaranteed.

Any changes requested after final approval and delivery may be treated as a new revision or additional service and may require an additional fee.

10. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time; however, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund.

• If cancellation is requested before creative work begins, any refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy.

• If creative work has already begun, payments for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable.

• Rush fees, add-ons, administrative fees, and completed services are non-refundable.

• If a project is placed on hold because the client stops responding or fails to provide required information, Lyric Haus may close the project after reasonable follow-up attempts.

• If the client wishes to restart a closed or canceled project later, additional fees may apply.

Lyric Haus may also cancel or decline a project when necessary, including situations involving non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, copyright concerns, or requests outside the agreed scope.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Original lyrics, compositions, recordings, arrangements, artwork, and other creative materials produced by Lyric Haus are protected to the extent permitted under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• Clients may use delivered work only within the rights granted by their package, license, invoice, or written agreement.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, register, or claim ownership of Lyric Haus creative work beyond the rights specifically granted to them.

• Unauthorized commercial use, copying, modification, or distribution may result in suspension of usage rights and/or legal action.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that any names, photos, trademarks, samples, lyrics, references, or other materials they provide are authorized for use.

• Lyric Haus is not responsible for claims arising from client-supplied materials that infringe another party’s rights.

Some projects may incorporate AI-assisted tools or other licensed production technology. Rights in those elements may be governed by applicable law and the terms of the underlying platform or license.

Any transfer of exclusive ownership, publishing rights, master rights, or copyright interests owned or controlled by Lyric Haus must be expressly granted in writing.

12. Legal & Safety

Lyric Haus is committed to operating responsibly and reserves the right to decline or discontinue work that creates legal, safety, or ethical concerns.

Lyric Haus will not knowingly create or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law

• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights

• Promotes fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful activity

• Uses unauthorized samples, images, recordings, branding, or other protected material

• Misrepresents another person, business, or organization in a harmful or unlawful way

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any names, images, logos, recordings, references, or other materials they provide.

Lyric Haus may pause, decline, or cancel a project if legal or safety concerns arise.
